My friend in Houston is replacing his axle in his 95 chevy to a larger unit (14 bolt I think) - and he has a 4.10 gear set and auburn posi that he is probably going to sell, they dont have a whole lot of miles and they would fit your truck. He could also install everything for a very fair price. PM me if interested.

The 8.5" gears will fit in place of the 8.6". I have installed an 8.5" set in an 04' and an 05' with no probs.
