Default how many people did this?

i installed my e-fans yesterday using the stock fan shroud that i modified to fit. i made slots in the shroud for the mounting tabs on the fans to fit in, so it will come apart easily if ever need be. it looks like it came from the factory. who else is doing this, or is everyone just making little metal brackets? i will try to have pics up later today.

I used a mustang fan and cut the brackets off the fan to fit in my shroud.

I also used zip ties, looks pretty good. Part of the allure of the e-fans was eliminating that butt ugly shroud.

no pics yet i dont have my camera with me. i only kept about an inch and a half of the shroud. exactly the thickness of the ls1 fans. i used no zip ties or anything like that. i trimmed the mounting tabs on the fans to fit in the shroud where i cut slots. the whole assembly comes out just like you take the stock fan shroud out. i probably wont have pics until tomorrow.
