Exclamation how many have INCREASED mpg's with a cam swap in a 6.ol???

i am after better economy with my crew cab but LOVE the sound and added power or a aftermarket cam

how many of you have actually increased fuel economy with adding a cam to your 6.0l?
i have a tune and LT's with a ORY other than that it is stock... i also have a 4.3L converter (foot stalls 2000rpm and flashes around 2200rpm)

what would be a good sounding/power cam for me... truck is heavy and has 26" wheels:nunchuk1:

What he said, I went 3.42 to 4.10 and my mileage went up in the city with stock tires. I lost a little on the highway but overall stayed the same but now I have more fun lol

Your current tire size/wheel/gear combo is killing mileage.
