I had placed an order on the 30th of March, and have not heard anything from ARH, no matter how many emails i do send them? They had told me it would take 5-7days for the headers to be made and then another 3-5days for them to ship it over to me in the mideast..It has been 11 days so far and nothing.

Anyone else who ordered a set from them have this delay? Granted they are handmade headers, but they are also pricey headers, and with them not offering me the customer service i would expect with $1k+ headers, im about to change my mind.

 

gettin kinda anxious eh? im sure they'll get there man, just have to wait it out. 5-7 days to make and 3-5 to ship so at max 12 days, add in weekends and shipping delays it could be a little longer but those arh headers are beautiful and, worth another weeks wait. have you tried pm-ing tom? his screen name on here is Tom@ARH. btw be sure to post up some pics of those when you get them.

 

Ordered mine 30 March also, told they will be shipped the end of this week.

When I ordered mine, it took about three weeks. I called to ask if they had been shipped and Nick told me they had been slammed with orders. He told me they had a large order going out in a few days and mine were included. I recieved them five days later. He also said "if I had known truck headers would sell this good, I would have started making them five years ago". Based on that, I bet they are just a little behind with orders and yours will arrive in the near future.

 

They look awesome, but I don't think I want to drop that kind of cash for headers. At least for now.

 

Still waiting, told they would be ready for shipment yesterday, nothing.. sent an email without even a response..

the funny thing is, i was ordering two sets, one for a friend, and one for me... looks like if i don't hear anything tonight, im pulling out.. it has been 3 1/2 weeks since i initially ordered..

 

might try using a phone,ya know that thing with buttons on it and someone answers on the other end

 

well, if they shipped yesterday then they should be there sometime next week...your going to pull out now and then order something else and have to wait 2 weeks, so why not just wait a few more days to get what you really want and not compromise on something else. Patience is a virtue my friend. Im sure they just got very busy trying to keep up with orders and get your's done as well, hence not having the time to get on the computer and go through hundreds of emails right at this minute.

 

ill give 'em a call today, if they don't ship 'em out, then ill pull out.. buy a cam and wait for the pacesetters... i am very impatient, but so is my friend.. I'd rather lose face with the company then my friend
