How to install electric fans?

When doing the 6.0 swap i'm going to install a set of LS1 electric fans, so how do they insall so that they kick on at the right temp and all of that good stuff, will i need any little parts?

you can get a conversion harness from nelson i beleive to work with your computer but you will need a tune to activate that part of the cpu
or you can get a thermostatic switch that operates off of a probe that is inserted into your radiator fins (this is the method i used)
i got mine form the local parts house in town for 30 bux

you can hook them up to your PCM. so that it controls everything, PCM Pins, Wire, Relays, Spade connectors, and something to make a bracket out of.
i used some 1/8" sheet metal, i cut it to something like 4"x4" and bolted it up.. not pretty by anymeans, but it works. i also put some weather stripping inbetween the rad and the fans, so that it wont rub.

oh yeha i used zip ty's throught the radiator to hold the fans on and kept my stock shroud over the whole unit to help hide the wires and give a possible stealth place for NX solenoids
