I want to make my exhaust louder but still legal. Right now i have true duals with flowmaster mufflers with 3 inch tubing running from the cats back. Is there any way to make it louder without changing headers and getting high-flow cats or is there another way? the duals exit in the stock chevy location, behind the right rear tire.

a cutout works, but dont know if its emmissions legal, because i dont have to worry about it where i live

Straight pipes I live in Arkansas. They don't give a flip what we do as long as we don't gag it by a cop

Yessir. Our emmissions consists of the cop warming his twinkie in my exhaust pipe instead of that sensor We don't have emissions, thank goodness.

Some counties still don't do emissions testing. I live 10 miles away from a place that does mine. I passed inspection with nothing past my ypipe(don't ask why it was like that).

i guess i should just try it? what about glasspacks or chambered mufflers like the one available by summit racing? right now its loud but i want it to be the only car u hear while sitting at a stop light, not the dodge 5 cars behind you
