Default How to Clear SES code P1336 Crankshaft?

So how is it done?? I have the 1336 crankshaft position [CKP] system variation not learned SES going right now after swapping the PCM Saturday after the STS install. The search mode here really blows!!! I think some of my posts were deleted the other day as well. I've been searching for the one I asked "Guidelines for PCM swap" to no avail!! It might be "PCM swap guidelines" too? Thanks guys.

very common problem when changing pcm's
only a Tech II tool (dealer) or newer verions of EFILive software can do the re-learn. I think ls1eidt will also reset it too, not 100% sure.

Ahh, you're part of the lucky few. I've heard about out of 40 custom pcms are like that.

You can't clear that with a scanner as stated above, and the stealership is going to rape you. I was once quoted at like $80. I don't think edit will do it though. Good luck.

I think that v1.5 and later HP Tuners will also take care of that. I know it does case learn . . . Used it successfully on my truck right after my PCM swap, just to be safe.
