Will an LS1 or LQ4/9 in a 1500 truck still pass emissions or what?

It will in MD. as long as there are no codes thrown. They plug into the diagnostic port and about 10 seconds later you're done.

I'm worried about the visual on my AZSM's, but confident it will pass otherwise.
