Horsepower Blacksheep??

How much nitrous are you injecting, and what is your raceweight.
Total whp, fhp? Anyone running a 6.0 can chime in I just used blacksheep because he is at the top of the list. I am looking for the limit of the stock internals. Will it hold up to the same or more power as the LS1? (some are making 700+ rwhp)

Well i personally think the 6.0 are alot stronger then the ls1. I have not seen a stock ls1 producing 700 rwhp and stay together, atleast not with out blowing up the intake. 6.0 are stronger due to their iron blocks which are stronger then the alum. from the ls1.

The problem with the LS1 is not the aluminum block, its typically the hypereutectic piston. With enough strain from heat and pressure, they tend to shatter. Yes the Iron block is strong, but most people have an issue with the cast pistons before anything else, especially with a power adder. For N/A power, I don't think you'll be able to make enough power to really push the limit of the stock components (as long as you have enough fuel and a good tune).
If you want 700 rwhp, do yourself a favor and build the motor before you install it. Forged pistons, rods and rod bolts. Stock crank is pretty strong.

700+ but I dont know how long it would have held together though.

Stock LS1 cranks are pretty good up to 600 fwhp. The truck cranks should be about the same if not a little stronger, but they are heavier since the journals are not drilled out.
