I'm gonna follow this.
I am deployed right now so I have plenty of time to plot and plan.
The Tuner I use loves these intakes. Of course they are a Holley dealer but, never the less, they love them. And I do have a Yank TT3000 in a box in the garage so that may help.

Im just going to do it as a experiment. I do know after talking with tfs the 205 genx heads really promote velocity which a tunnel ram needs to work so it might not be too bad. We'll see

Also, I see no point in running a nnbs low rpm intake with a 3800 stall and heads, valve train and cam designed to run up to 7k. Im sure the lsxrt would be great and im still kinda 50/50 on it. If one pops up for cheap that could change my mind as well.

George, the only thing I know about the lsxrt is that alot of people had driveability issues and fitment issues but they seem to be all older discussions. Have any of these issues been fixed or was it an operator error kind of thing lol. Then I see a guy on youtube set one on fire. For someone to set a 1000$ intake on fire must of had some serious frustration! Im all for the lsxrt over the holley I just dont want weeks of headaches and retunes, etc. I was unaware the nnbs works on the high end so I appreciate the insight thanks!
