I'm running a Bauer ported throttle body and I'm very pleased with the results.

I am not a supporter of ported TB's. I had a bad experiance with one and got the BBK 80 mm, this was an incredible improvement.

Home jobber. That BBK will work better with a huffer, but for a pretty much stock internal motor, they are not worth the money IMO. Your not ever going to use that much air unless your forcing or spraying. The stock intake manifold can't be enlarged to benifit the addition of an 80mm throttle body.

actually the intakes can be honed out to benefit from an 80mm tb. I have a friend that can do this and it helps greatly on forced incduction or N20. You just have to know what you are doing when it comes to the intake.

I guess my information is dated like my last mod! LOL. I have seen a few cases of them being done on the cars, but most of those were aftermarket intakes anyway.
