Default Hey guys need help nnbs rcsb

Hi new to the hole performance scene was looking for a nnbs rcsb 5.3 but there hard to find cheap out here in Canada I found a 07 rcsb 4.8 2 wheel drive with tow houl with 125k kms for 7500$ was wondering befor I buy it I'm looking to make it fun to drive smoke the tires on demand and mabye do some street/Highway racing need help is the 4.8 good enuff and with those kms it's gonna be my dd this will be a budget build I don't no where to start I see alot of info but when some one asks about a 4.8 I only see turbo it or swap for a 5.3/6.0 lol need some help thanks

125km is only like 77k miles, which is nothing for an LS if it has been taken care of. 4.8 is the little motor that can! Wouldn't really choose it for a NA build to do freeway racing, but respond well to nitrous or boost. If you haven't really dealt with any performance vehicles before, doing bolt-ons and a tune will probably make it feel fast to you

I been reading so far I'm thinking about a cat delete a good intake flowmaster muffler black bear tune and maby some lt headers will I feel the Difference befor this I had a 03 cl500 and a 79 lil red express had tahoes suburbans avalanches silverados most I ever did was cut the cats never had a 4.8 befor tho my brother has a o6 gto stock wood love to find a cheap nnb rcsb but there expensive and always 4x4 out here
