HELP, WTF is wrong with this picture

These have 10K on them, give or take, and the pics were taken 30 minutes after driving the truck. Got any ideas as to why the hell they have UNBURNED oil all over them and the electrodes are f'n RED?
PS. All pics are taken from the rear of the truck, facing foward, and the plugs represent the cylinders that they came out of, and the last pic is of the front four cylinders. just in case anyone asked.

One of the first notbale problems there is Bosch Platinum. That's a problem in itself. Get some real plugs, NGK or something like that.
As for the abnormal color ... I'm going with the other guys on this one.
HOw many miles on the truck total ?

120K on the truck, so I will agree that the seals are shot. I am doing a head/cam swap next month, so I am not worried about it too much,
As for the exterior oil leak, nothing that I have seen. I know I have a coolant leak, but no oil that I have noticed. That oil has to be getting pushed up the threads by cylinder pressure, but I have no idea how???

Alot, just in the last tank. I saw some smoke in the exhaust and thought that I had some bad gas.
The bottle said it would raise 15 gallons by 1 octane point, I had about 20 gallons in there, so 3 bottles went in to mix with the 87 octane that was in there. Figured it would get me to 89 or 90 octane, getting rid of the possibility of bad gas.
its the BFH theory applied to octane booster.
