Default HELP! Truck Wont Start

After a heads swap, we turned the key to start it up but i wont even turn over. When the key is in the off position (no key, and door open), the parking lights and interior lights stay on. We tried jump starting it from the starter relay but it wont stay on. I tried the VATS relearn but after waiting 10 minutes the securiy light never went away. Another thing is that when the key is off, the keyless entry wont work but if the key is to the on position, the keyless entry works.

Help!

all the grounds are hooked up. would just one wire cause it to act like this? i think the pcm or the bcm might have messed up. i need to look for some spare ones to test them out.

you are the man if you mess up a PCM or BCM just by replacing the heads.

lol, yeah, these trucks are EXTREMELY sensitive to the grounds and you get some really weird reactions with them not connected properly.

Sounds like the exact same thing my truck did when I forgot to connect a ground. The one I missed was a little one behind the motor.
