Default HELP!! Truck running horrible, O2 sensor?

Hey all, when I first start my truck after it has been sitting turned off for 30 minutes or more, it runs horrible. The exhaust sounds weird and it has very little power. Once it warms up a bit, the problem just goes away suddenly and I'm thrown back in my seat, and all is well until it sits for a while again. When I hooked up the scanner, the blue line O2B1S1 was almost flat lined, then when it went away, it suddenly was bouncing up and down like normal. I also had a diagnostic code P1153 but it is concerning Bank 2 rather than 1. Is the problem the sensor, or is there some other problem which causes the sensor to flat line? Thanks for any help.

Might want to check the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. It has caused similar problems for some.

It will probably end up being a o2 sensor going bad, or your converter is degrading and will eventually fail.

Thanks for the replies. Rear O2's are deleted. Torque Wrench, did you check the log I included? Could a TC problem cause the O2 sensor to read like that? I bought an O2 sensor for $110 but I don't want to install I'm sure that's the problem. Also today the truck ran just fine, though it has acted up 4 times total now. I'm wondering now, if maybe some water got in the O2 sensor connector because it's been raining so much lately. If anyone wants to look at the log and give their 2 cents please do. Thanks
