help needed::: what does this plug go to??

Default help needed::: what does this plug go to??

im putting my truck back together and marked every other plug except this one. where does this thing go. what plug is it? its a single prong single blue wire. i think 12-14 ga. here is a pic

Some more info might be helpful. Looks like a knock sensor or coolant temp connector.

hmm... i have a plug like that for my HID bulbs - 4 actually

it all depends on where that part of the harness is at

sorry fellas,

its a 2000 rcsb 5.3 now (6.0). it comes from the relay box that is inside the cab right by my left foot. it comes out the whole that is located below the cruise control.

only thing i saw around there (on my 99 with an 01 engine/harness) is the connector on the brake fluid reservoir, but it's a 2-conductor plug. keep in mind i have a clutch master cylinder & no cruise, so it ain't exactly the same there

Start it up and see what doesnt work. are you sure that you unplugged it? There are a handful of plugs on the truck that arent used.
