Default Help Needed picking a cam

Hey guys im hoping anyone can provide advise. I am having my 99 Silverado 5.3 Liter rebuilt, Im having it punched out 30 over, heads milled 50 thou and port and polished, valve grind, and basic everything else. But while doing so id like to put in a slightly better all around cam. Something not radical but thats going to help build a little more power with out having to go tune crazy. I have an HP tuner but im still learning so i need to be able to drive it while i figure it out. Any thoughts Please HELP!!! Thanks.

One more thing, Im looking at adding under drive pulleys that claim upto 15 hp. Are they worth the $220 or not really. Anyone had any good or bad experiences with them.

Sounds like a low lift cam e your best option since you want more power but not crazy tune wise I'm gonna run a 215 218 cam low lift but would create better power than stock, just search around plenty of threads on choosing a cam
