I wouldnt trust a 918 to 7200RPM's. Id definitely go 921 or Crane dual for sure.

would u trust 918's to 6600?

i dont got the money for rod bolts right now anyways so ill set it to 6600 for now...and wait til i either have a spare engine or a daily driver before i push this to its limits

I grenaded my 5.3 with the rev limiter set at 6500. The ARP's are only like $50 or so from Summit. I would deffinatly do that if I planned to rev over 6200. (witch I do, so I got some )

The reason I went with 918's is because I have a cam with symmetrical lobes and I shift at 6200
just an example of the durability we have experienced with our cam profile, obviously different cams may give different results. these engines are sealed from the manufacturer so we can only run what is given to us. with that being said they've held up very well.

The LS1 cracked rod connecting rod bolts. I got the $75 ones. I think summit has them cheaper, but I try to support our sponcers, and I have a few buds that work there
