What truck is this for, the one in your avatar?

If its going in a heavy beast with 5.3L, 4.10s and 3200 stall converter, I would stay low 220's duration max IMO.

Depends what all you want out of it. You could get away with a split cam such as a 218/224 as well. The higher duration on the exhaust side would be fine.

A lot of people are probably going to recommend a TSP or TR 220 cam. If you didn't have the 3200 converter they would probably say a 212/218 cam at max for a heavy truck, unless you start wanting to do some head work to get the compression back up. If you had a higher stalling converter you could go bigger as well. If you want it pretty choppy get around a 112lsa, you can also adjust some of the chop within the tune.

I think since you already have the stall and 4.10's you'll still be alright with the 220

216/224 (aka trucker cam). I honestly don't think you'd like towing with a 220.
