Turbo appears fine. I agree that it's not the boost, but the load that is creating the circumstances for the noise.

Noticed that the dam bolt on the passengers side manifold was loose again ( loc tite 2 times now) and wonder since it was the port right below the turbo if it was causing surge or something ?
