okay, so do you think it would flow well enough with an off road y, magnaflow muffler and single 3" dumped, for a 125 shot and ported/built heads/big cam?

that might be ideal, because the exhaust that I had on there was a single 3", but not dumped. (i can re-use it)
I need to get something quick though, because im running straight headers "loud as hell/bad for motor especially when it goes down to 25 degrees at night.

yes, that is a good flowing set-up.

haha I was running open manifolds for a couple days too while I was getting my cats lined up to be welded. my nieghbors loved that at 5:10 in the morning when I left for work. lmao

yeah, its pretty bad. Im setting car alarms off everywhere.

Also I cant tell any gains from the headers right now either, i guess it's because there is no back pressure.

I havent got my LT's yet, but I have a straight in place of the cats, through the factory Y pipe into a 3" Bulletmuffler into a 4x9x11 3" Magnaflow dumped right after the rear axle. it sounds a lot better and quieter in the cab than just the Magnaflow exiting out the side in front of the rear tire, but its about the same outside.

Now that Pacesetter finally came out lith LT for the 4wd's Ill be looking into getting a set and using their Y pipe.

And yes that should flow well enough for your mods. I have a decent sized cam and I dont think I have any exhaust problems that LT's wont fix
