i have a 05 silverado with a 4.8L and i want to make it a lot faster but i dont plan on racing my truck im not sure wt to put on it or anything like that i was thinking maybe an intake some heads but idk wt after that i can really use some advice

Really, welcome to the forum. There are hundreds, if not thousands of posts and responses that will answer your questions! I suggest you start by reading all the sticky's (https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=397718)

Most of us would start with intake, exhaust and tune. Leave the heads for last. I still run the stock heads.
