Heads help any??

Heads help any??
Ok i am putting on a sc on my 5.3. I was wondering if 5.7 or 6.0 heads will help many any?? I know 6.0 will lower the compression but not sure about the 5.7. looking to put them on in the next couple of weeks.

I would go with some 5.7 heads. That should lower your compression down to 9.1:1. They flow about the same, maybe a little better than the 5.3 heads, but they do have bigger valves I think.
