Default Which heads do I use?

I am looking at getting a set of Patriot performance stage 3 heads for my 6.0. My question is which ones should I go with? I have a Lq9 with a 230/236 .591/601 @110 comp cam and all the mods in my sig. I will be using a 4L80e vs the 60e.

When I was looking at those goign to go wtih the smaller valve size. The guy that has been helping me plan all the stuff for my 408 that used to race professionally and has built countless engines said the itnake runners on those heads are too big for a truck app you will lose to much down low but they do flow good. Im going to go with a different setup to give me more down low power but they arent a sponsor.

I bought Patriot stage 3 lq9 heads (2.08I/ 1.60E) through forcefed performance. They smooth out the cnc work and can upgrade the valves. They work excellent on my truck ( it's FI), but I believe they may have tore one of the valve seals during installation of the valves ( no real big deal, but they weren't cheap and should have been perfect). Despite the valve seal thing, I would suggest calling them and speaking to Brad....he'll hook you up with a pretty good deal.

I spoke with one of the guys at patriot and he had mentioned the LS6 style head and going with a 66cc combustion chamber in order to bring it up a point on compression since I will be a N/A motor. Are the valves that come in these heads that bad that they need replaced? also how much improve ment would it be to smooth the runners on a na truck?
