Default Heads/cam/intake lq4

I'm wanting to do a h/c/i lq4 and just wondering what kind of numbers it will make, I'm not shooting for anything just want have a fun truck! It will be a street/strip truck and will be more on the drag side cause I want to move the battery to the bed, do a battery shut off, some drag gears, cal tracks, and 1320 wheels, but whatever you see my direction, I wanna run a holly high ram and maybe a plate system on it just with a 100 shot, i was just gunna clean up the bottom end and put some 243 heads on it and go from there, but I'm open to suggestions thanks guys!

Ok I might have to add the bottle to it to give it a little extra, nothing much just a 100 shot

At one point I was hitting my 5.3 with a 175 shot. They can take a heavy hit. Also, look into the trailblazer ss intake manifold and 90 mm throttle body that goes with it. The stock intake and tb on the LQ4 are a bit of a choke point past 5,000 rpms.

Also picking a cam is hard but contrary to popular belief most people in my opinion go too small instead of too big. I had a 6,000+ lbs Suburban with a 226/226 LSA 111 grind and it's bad *** outta the hole cause 4.88 gears. Even had a 226/236 LSA 110 in the truck and that was awesome. End of the day with a bigger 6.0 something like a Crane 228/232 LSA 112 0.600/0.600 lift would be a good target for simple but if you want more anger go with Crane's 232/236
