Heads and cam

I'm wanting to buy a set of 5.3L heads and have them ported and polished and at the same time install better rockers and maybe Z06 springs. What gains come from P&P heads, rockers and springs? Also what is a great cam for a lot highway driving and would work with a HPP3? What gains come from the cam?
Should I even worry about P&P the heads?
If I get the heads and cam what gains could I see?

I have some heads that I consider will be the ultimate setup for a 5.3. I have a 212/218 .558/.563 115 LSA cam. In 4-5 months, I will be installing them and can give dyno numbers. I believe it is possible to hit 360 rwhp with all the other bolt-ons N/A.

Sweet. BTW you have a bad AZZ car, I'm going to trade my truck in after I graduate from college in 3yrs for one (2002 sunset orange WS6)
