Default heads

guys what head work should i do to my stock head if i am planning to get a 224/224 or 220/220 cam?

upgrade springs and leave it be personally. with a small cam like stock heads are fine. but if you wish to then find some decent ported heads with stock size valves to help with some power

Give Richard at WCCH a call, his headwork has been getting rave reviews...I have a set of 317's for my LQ9 build at his shop right now. tdrumm had a set of 5.3 heads done and he felt an improvement in the SOTP meter immediately. His cam is the Vinci 210/218 .551/.551 112. He should be posting dyno results soon....goin to TTP dyno day this morning
