headers plaese HELP

Default headers plaese HELP

went to put my headers on today and they are hitting the cross member, on the box it has 4WD so are they not going to work

same thing happened to me with my pacesetters. i took it to my exhaust shop and they bended it a couple of inches to give it more clearence. i haven't had a problem with em since.

passenger side header? have you tried installing it from the bottom? i couldnt get the passenger side header in from the top as it would hit the chassis. i put it through from the bottom and it slid in. it makes it easier if you remove the oil dipstick. all you have to do is pull on the tube. it has an o-ring around it and removes/installs simply.

also, my box said 4wd as well. no problems though.

if they are ceramic coated I wouldn't bend them. What is hitting, the Y pipe? Too long axially or is the angle of the headers wrong.
