I still have stock manifolds so maybe I can answer unbiasly.....

the Edelbrock headers seem to surface rust and leak more than the TOG or ASM headers.....Edelborck may have one of the better pipe setups with their TES setup though

edelbrock headers suck from my experience with them. they had a name plate welded on right in the bend out of the #1 primary and the air coming out at a high speed blew the weld out and caused a very bad and very annoying exhaust leak. they also discolored very badly after say 500 miles. they pertty much sucked compared to my new HAMMS

As far as I know edelbrock does not make long tubes for the LS1 based engines. They DO make shorties though and as blownchevy can attest, they do get very rusty.

If you are looking for long tubes go wtih ASM's, my preference , or TOG (the other guys).
