Default Headers

What kind of headers are you guys running and are you happy with em?

Also is it worth buying tuned headers vs untuned?

I'm mainly interested in long tubes and on NBS trucks.

I see some that are like $3XX and include y pipe and then some for like a grand just headers only...is it worth buying such expensive headers???

Ya I've been looking at those pacesetters, just didnt know if there was a reason they're cheaper or not. I've got a 4.8 with shorties now and will soon be swapping to a cammed LQ9, just thought it might be a good to switch to long tubes now, I duno, maybe it's not that big a deal.

I'm running TSP 1-3/4" SS LT headers. For the price, I'm happy with them.

Fitment is not very good for my truck (2500 4x4) because they are made for a 1500 2WD.

Not to thread jack but how bad is the fitment on your 2500? I have a 1500hd and was thinking about the 1 7/8 because eventually I want to go FI. Thanks

Been looking at those, good price. And I hear nothing but good thing about the company. I just ordered a cam from them as well, good service.
