ok here is the prob i got some headers and on the passerger side the header has a big gap between the header and where it bolts to the y pipe. the header is flat on the end i think that it needs a diff end on it please help. ******* pissing me off took me all day to pit them on and i realy do not want ot do it again.

Mine did the same thing, I had shorties, I don't know if that's what u got, but all I did was put a thickass gasket on there and it sealed it fine

 

what headers?

 

Is it possible that you got 6.0 headers for a 4.8-5.3 accidentally? (or vice versa) I know that the exhaust manifold and y-pipe is different, and I'm pretty sure that the difference lies on the passenger side.
