Alright I have a air intake and custom exhaust and have been thinking about headers to complete the flow of air in my 03' Silverado 4.8 ECSB but I cant decide between long or shorties! I know that long tubes give more power but more heat than the shorties the ? I have is are long tube headers direct replacement of stock what Im asking do you have to mess with the cats and would it even be worth getting headers if I dont go with long tubes?????Thanks for any replies!
