Default Header Coatings...old headers

Hey guys... I gotta get all my exhuast redone next year, and I jsut got some Pacesetters..NONCOATED....

Question is, I was gonna get them coated next year, but after they get some surface rust etc can they be coated? Id imagine they can clean them up and coat them..but want to make sure.

Am i gonna risk melting my plug wires cause there uncoateD?

Im sure they can be abrasive blasted and then coated. I had to have powder coating blasted off soem suspension parts before they were recoated and they all turned out great.

your wires will melt if they touch the primaries...but they'll still work. i had uncoated pacesetters on my last truck. your boots will prolly touch a couple primaries but the wire shouldn't. you'll be ok
