Header Coating Question
#11
There is a new place which my fiance's uncle runs. They have been coating things for Ford for YEARS and are now going public. I can see if we can get an ls1tech discount going. The coating is bad ***, i've had him coat my previous headers. It was 1000 times better than this TOG coating on my current ones. The TOG coating feels chalky and is easily scratched. His looked almost chrome, and didn't scratch.

I think I am going to go coated but I am having a hard time swalling $900 for these things. I sure hope I see the performance gain that TOG states on there web site. I have a 2002 1500HD 6.0 liter with true duals 2.5 inch pipes magnaflow x pipe and dual Flowmaster SUV 50 series mufflers. Thanx for all the replys.

Don't buy them coated .. have them coated at a local shop or something.
What are do you live in, maybe someone can chime in and give suggestions on where to get them coated.
