you can also use GM 3.4v6 (grand am) exhaust manifold studs

These are what I used. I used to check them once a month or so, until I realized they just weren't ever loose.

What ft lbs are they supposed to be torqued to?

I am using the Percy "split lock" header bolts.....have not had to touch them in 3+ years.

I just spent all DAY replacing the dumb paper ones, they were so badly burned on there it took me having to get the dremel out and sand em off, talk about a pain in the ***, got new copper gaskets and stage 8 bolts, put em all back together with the help of a buddy, get it all bunntoned up, first start, big *** leak at the from......F-me running batman....

Gm head studs set me back $17 and $13 for the nuts for them.
