hey guys, im wondering if i will have issues if i install an arp stud kit. will i still be able to install the heads with the engine in place? im just curious if i will have clearance issues with teh firewall tring to get the head to slide on over the stud

 

You'll have no problems with the swap (as far as clearance goes). The trucks have a ton more room and fbodys.

do i have to pull the timing cover?

 

Nope ... just the intake manifold and you Whipple. The Altenator bracket will have to be taken off the head as well, it will lay to the side without having to remove completely.
