Default Having magnaflow installed monday and have a ?

I am having a magnaflow muffler installed monday and will likely dump it under the bed. My question is they suggested the dual in single out 22". Anyone running this setup to give me an idea of sound and what not? i could have gone with an 18", but i was not sure if it would be obnoxiously loud. let me know so i can change it if need be. by the way this will be on a CC v-Max

I think you will be fine with a 22"...I prefer my exhaust with no drone, but some growl under WOT. I went with a corsa sport muffler for that reason..If you want it a little louder get a electric cutout

I bet that it will sound really good, and if you don't like it, you could always get a tailpipe welded on afterwards

You need a single inlet muffler not dual.

My impressions of that muffler were not good at all. Very weak, annoying sound/drone cruising around and quiet at WOT to the point that you could hear the engine itself over the exhaust. I found it basically to be an annoying version of the stock muffler. Performance gains were non-existant. I would go with the 18" version suggested above. You'll still probably have drone, but at least you'll get some muscle sound to go along with it,
