Default happy with exhaust

Just wanted to say thanks i had a hooker aerochamber welded up today on my 00z71 and it was exactly what i was looking for it sounds great not to loud no drone when just cruising down the road and no rasp. thanks guys

give it a few hundred miles and it'll get louder, but you still wont get any drone or rasp!!! I have one myself and I dont think I'll swap it for another one...

I had mine installed today too. I think it sounds great, I wouldn't trade it for anything else either. I do have a pretty good amount of in cab drone though, but I'm not running any tail pipe after the muffler, not even a turn down. I'm not sure if it helped performance any, my SOTP meter isn't the greatest. I installed my PCMFORLESS tune today right after the muffler install, that thing really woke my truck up for sure though!

do these really sound that good with the cats gutted also or does the rasp come back? which is actually queiter the max flow or aerochamber?
