there are a few people around here that have hamm headers. they do make a noticeable difference in power. Bigtex got a 20rwhp increase on the dyno. i didnt do a before/after dyno on mine but it was noticeable.

I'm not even sure if they are even made anymore. They may just do lapolles

www.pvmufflers.com is usually a good start in finding them though

I have a set of the Hamms. They have quality construction and great fit. I changed my exhaust at the same time I installed my headers so I cant give an assesment on the headers alone but I have picked up some power.
John Finnel-PVmufflers and Mike Hamm-Hamm headers have have had a seperation of ways from what I hear. Now he is in cahoots with Dean LaPole-LaPole headers. I have a friend with a set of LaPoles on his sierra and they are very similar in design and construction as the Hamms.

I never had a chance to talk to Mr. Hamm himself, but the headers are very good quality. I wasn't too pleased with the service I got from Finnell on the phone. Too bad, they made a good product at a pretty good price.

Are the LaPole's the same thing as the Hamm headers? I want mid-length headers so any info on "The Other Guys", "Hamm", or "LaPole" headers would be helpful. Thanks
