Ok lets see... a stock 5.3 EC Z-71 should run around a 16.1 second ET. Subtract .2 for the intake, .2 for the exhaust, about 1 sec for the magna (depending on boost), and .4 for the tune... I'm guessing thats about a 14.3 second truck. Now with the sucky weather and depending on traction, weight, elevation... you might loose some tenths there. Just my 2 cents.

Some gears and a stall would help you move that heavy truck out-of-the-hole w/ 4hi and boost... you would be able to see some hi and mid 13 sec runs.

Let us know what she runs when you take her to the track.

I would say very low 15's. Its better to do better than expected than worse.

Yeah, I am hoping for low to mid 14's. I can already beat my buddy that runs a 15.9

My z runs 15.1s without the tailgate and runnin on fumes with more mods besides the supercharger. The sidemount is going to give you around 70rwhp I believe and with the weather being as hot as it is I really dont see you breaking into the low 14's I say a 14.6 or so. I ran a 15.1 in 60* with this 90* stuff it is going to be tuff. Plus I have a stall so that really helps me out of the hole. I dont think you need to launch in 4wd if the track is prepped good there is no need for it. Im probably producing more power at 3000 than you at 1800 and I dont have a traction problem. If you do have to launch in 4wd shift out of it as soon as you hit 2nd.

I tought the superchager would give you a bit more HP.

If it gives you around 70 horses, you might reduce around .7 sec, but if you add more boost, (pulley) it could be capable of giving you a full second reduction.

The radix will give you around 100 to the wheels the sidemount is not nearly as good of a charger. Blownchevy will probably put his two cents in on the supercharger differences.
