Default Gotta problem, need some help

My buddy has an 02 Lightning, and is having some problems with it,thought you guys might be able to tell what is goin on with it.

From what I am told, the truck is idling really wierd. It sounds like it has a big cam in it or something. There is no white smoke coming from anywhere, no oil in the water or anything like that. He took it to the Ford garage and they couldn't figure it out. Think you guys could help???

Fords, go figure...

Most likely it has to do with that blue oval thingy on the front Actually mine is running like that too tonight. Check the plugs/wires. May get lucky
