wow... great deal... Enlighten me why it's so cheap..
Just cuz it's a lower stall than all the others? If I could get something around a 3000 for that price, i'm in right now.

I used one 2oz bottle per another member on this forum and the shudder is gone..
I paid 460 shipped for my streetfighter 3000.. Props to Thunder Racing!

Its kind of hard to explain.. but basically when my conveter locks when the truck shifts into OD at like 5omph (normal driving) i would get a sound come from it that sounded like i was running over the little bumps in the middle of the road... Come to find it out it was the clutches when it locked.. I poured the Instant Shudder Fix into the fill tube of my tranny and now the noise is gone... If youve never heard the noise then your fine.. i think it just applies to TCI Converters..

I don't know, I put a Hughes performance Streetmaster 2500 stall in my truck and it launches hard as hell. I am sure that a 2600, 2800, or 3000 would be better, but on my street tires, 2500 is about all they are good for anyways. On the street, I burn the tires up, at the track, the street tires hook up great brake stalling up til about 2200. One of my last runs, I brake stalled to 2500 rpm and spun the tires off the line.
If you are going to be installing your transgo, and other tranny parts and getting the torque management removed, you should be fine. Plus, the cam you are using comes around relatively low in the power band, at least compared to other aftermarket cams, so that shouldn't be a real big issue. Just make sure to get an updated tune with the tranny upgrades, I'm sure you will need to change up your shift points and downshifts. I know I had to change mine a lot.
Plus, I actually like that my converter has a relatively stock feel to in, until I need to go. But under most normal driving it feels stock, when I punch it, it goes.
You should like it. It will definitely feel better than stock.
