Should have it installed today or tomorrow. Hope it works out for me!!
Anyone with a high stall, what tuning if any should be done?? I know it will give me some codes for excessive slip....what else will pop up?

Lets just say, the converter I have in there now weighs 50+ pounds and the new one is about 27 pounds. I had some serious issues with the enginge "loading up" at part throttle around town.

It sounds like they restalled a stock converter and that's not good.My Yank weighed about 37lbs.Loosing 24lbs in the converter will really improve your throttle response,it may take some getting used to because you will get more engine deccelaration too and your idle quality will probably change a little too. It's kind of like installing an aluminum flywheel, once you get used to it you'll love it.

Well that's unfortunate to hear. I was hoping to have a shop within 5-6 hours I could trust to install a Transgo/Vette Servo into my brand new crate 4L65E and put in place of my stock 4L60E. I guess Hughes won't be the place.

How about that how'd you figure that one out ?
