Also got a couple photos of port matching the lower shell of the LSX-R to my heads.

Didn't get too many detailed photos unfortunately, but just had to go a little lower and hair wider, nothing extreme. Unaltered one on the left, mostly finished one on the right.

Also cleaned up the TB inlet on the upper shell (had quite a bit of ridge/molding lines), and that vacuum port was a HUGE hump that I ground down. It's for a vacuum port that I'm not even using nor am I sure what it's for there.

And matched it up to the Nick Williams 102 TB (looks like it's not matched up on top but it's optical illusion for some reason, super smooth transition to the touch)

I was told that the crossover tube from the '08+ trucks will work with the FAST manifold without modifications, but it looks as though you have already bought the crossover tube P/N that was mentioned in the FAST instructions.

Didn't finish install yet unfortunately because I got a small stick thrown in my spokes halting progress.
I was told direct by Comp Cams/FAST when I was asking them what to purchase for fueling in order to use my truck injectors with an LSX-R swap, that I didn't need any sort of fit kit with the 14021 "OE style" fuel rail...
Well, come to find out my 8.1 Marine truck injectors are ~4-5mm too short, and even with the fuel rail all the way down on the intake they don't seat down all the way.
So, I've ordered up some injector top-hat spacers from FIC that I'll need to install.

I have not yet mounted my alternator bracket yet, but I don't see an issue.

I have the reg. GM front coolant cross over and plugs in the rear, looks like what was stock on my other truck motors, can't remember part # off the top of my head but I can look it up if you need.
Replaced my 4 corner connected crossover...

Where the hell should/can I mount the C5 FPR??? you can kinda see it floating there in the photo hooked up to the factory fuel lines.
Any ideas?

Have to do some heavy altering/cutting to my Outlaw intake tube. Also had to stretch the hell out of the 4.25" Silicone coupler to fit OVER the intake tube, and I dremeled down the edge of the intake to "knife edge" it. I'll take a photo of that later.

ok, I finally went back and looked at your pictures in the previous posts and I see that you completely removed the idler ear. The crossover tube will fit now, no problem.

You said that the alt bracket clashed with the TB? That's interesting, was not the case with the 92mm TB. I tried the NW and FAST brands, both were fine.

Any progress on the injectors? Very interested to see the final pictures

Yeah, I just zipped off the ear to make everything look factory clean and have plenty of clearance! I had to remove the idler from that ear and relocate it anyway, so no point in having an open hole on a section of bracket that just sits right next to the TB. And yes, I'm pretty sure with the NW 102 there was no way it would clear.

And yes, got the injectors and fuel rail all installed, thanks to FIC and their top-hat spacers!

Here's a photo. I also now had to use the included FAST rail spacers, which I ground down from 10mm to 8mm.

Photo of various O-rings that I went through. Ended up using the Blue (and another set of Blue that were included with FIC Spacers), and the Orange on bottom.

Quick shot of where I "knife-edged" the end of my Outlaw intake tube.
Basically just used an old carbide rotary bit I had left over from porting some heads and ground it down with a nice taper.
It was a thick square edge originally, about 2-2.5mm thick, which fit into a special coupler that had a molded in step inside of it. But since I'm going to the 102 TB & MAF, my new silicone couplers go over the OD of the tube, not conformed around it...

...and just a random photo; this is what I saw when I aimed my camera down the intake port on the head with the flash on.
