My check engine light has been since cam install, so I decided to try the on/off trick to check my codes and this is what I came up with.

P 0172 System Too Rich (Bank 1)
P 0300 Random Misfire Detected
then it said done, then these came up after it said done.
P 0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P 1501 Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit Intermittent and/or Theft Deterrent System


Anyone know what this last one is and why it said done after the first t codes and then showed two more. Also, my cat has been off for about 4 months and I have not got one code from it yet. What is everyones feedback on these. I was told the lope in the cam would make the computer think there is a misfire and I was also told that a rich condition could cause the misfire codes. My truck is a dodge and I know this is a chevy forum, but I was hoping u guys could help since yall have more engine building knowledge than I do.
