Is this a good price for a comp 216/220 cam?

Im real interested in this cam. He said he could order me one for $350. Is this a good price? I think its a pretty good price. What do u guys think. BTW he said he couldnt get ls6 springs for some reason. Does any1 know where i can buy them? thanks!
