Just for clarification all dmax frames from 2001 untill 2010 are the same; GMT800. All have that funky crossmember. 5" exhaust is a PITA around it.

Any updates on this Tim?

Looking at your stock D-Max exhaust pics, and my trucks pics, it looks like that bend will go over that x-member rather than under it like mine.

Not yet bud,

I was able to finally park my trucks in my garage ( cement is cured enough),

So if i can find some time this weekend between babysitting im gonna try to mock it up, also want to clean and paint the frame while the bed is off.

It just takes longer than anticipated when you have kids LOL!!! But im itching to do this!
