Default Going up with my l92 l76 build!

After a very long break I'm back into it. I figured out why my 6.0 was such a turd. With all intake valves hitting the pistons I'd never make any power. The number 2 piston cracked and broke off of the rod. So here's what I've got..

370
Diamond flat top pistons w/ valve reliefs
Stock lq9 rods and crank polished
l92 heads slightly worked, matching comp cam by VMAX
l76 intake
90mm comtech dbw

I'm going to use custom fuel rails from comtech. Any advice or tips would be appreciated. I'm just going to figure it out as I go.

and if you are looking for a good cam it is top secret! BUt Richard from WCCH has given some tips in selection, there are a few # out but it is crazy how people dont want to share.

I guess I was expecting to find a write up kind of like some done for the 6.0 swap. It's no big deal though.

I need info for evap system. I see nowhere on this l76 intake where the evap would connect. Can I just do without it?

I plan to use my stock 8.1 liter injectors but I'll need an o-ring kit for them. Some say they'll work, some say they won't be enough, only 1 way to know for sure. I don't want to mess with splicing pigtails if I don't have to.

the truck evap thing was mounted on the fuel rail, sideways compaired to the GEN III truck ones thats bolted on.

I believe Katech makes an O-ring kit, or you could buy the GEN IV orings. I am using the orings from the truck injectors that were in the intake I have on the new injectors. Looking at them it seems that the one you need is the bottom one that goes into the manifold not the fuel rail.

Pewter53- the CNC's L92s would actually hurt a 6.0L build. the best thing would be to mill them slightly but then you have more chance of PTV issues.

I will try to get some pics when I do my swap.
