going to dyno today

finally got the dyno sheet! we only took it to 5400 rpm, because we think it was hitting the speed limiter. It did 145 mph in 3rd gear! take a look & tell me what you think

here is the dyno sheets! we couldn't turn no more than 5400 rpm, because we think we were hititng the speed odometer limiter. The truck did 145 mph in 3rd gear on the dyno! let me know what you guys think

Something looks funny. Its hard to see exactly, but your HP numbers with the procharger should really be climbing in the upper rpms. Instead they are flat then drop off. Take a good look at your system and see if you can find anything wrong. Could be belt slip, could be knock retard, low timing, etc... You've got more power in that setup.

yeah, looks like a lot more hp in there if you can get it to rev. what year is your truck? drive by wire? did you get any kind of data log?

That curve is exactly what mine felt like with the stock ATI intercooler. It was really restrictive after 5000rpm. My Maf #'s would almost stop climbing at 5000rpm, (about45lb/min.) and the IAT's would go so high that it would pull a TON of timing from 5000 to 6000. Do you have a datalogging program so you can see what's going on?
