I'm thinking about picking up an intake from a 08 5.3 to use on a 05 6.0. I'm pretty sure everything matches up, but something is sticking in my head about the intake runners being different. I know the L92 ports are different, but the 5.3 should be the same as the old body style correct?

 

i have one on my truck matt. everything lines up fine. need to convert to a returnless rail with the corvette filter or fab up some rails to keep it return. the only other difference is the 4 bolt t-body, some evap lines and the fresh air line that goes to the pass side valve cover.

 

I did it just a month ago.
